CAT OUTREACH ACTIVITY

CAT SCHOOLS WORKSHOPS

Our CAT (Centre for Advanced Training) school workshops are designed to visit schools and provide students with an opportunity to develop their dance technique, creativity, and overall wellbeing. The Dance Technique Masterclasses focus on building skills in styles like contemporary, ballet, jazz, and hip-hop, tailored to different age groups and skill levels. Creative and Choreography workshops encourage improvisation, motif development, and teamwork, supporting composition work and fostering creativity. Healthier Dancer Sessions raise awareness of injury prevention, body conditioning, and mental wellbeing, promoting both physical and emotional health in young dancers. Each workshop lasts 1-2 hours and can be customized to meet the needs of your students.
