Swindon Dance partners with Signal Festival to offer free opportunity for young aspiring dancers
Swindon Dance is excited to partner with Signal Festival to offer a number of free places for this year’s Youth Summer School, taking place on 28th and 29th July for young people aged 8–15.
While the Summer School is now open for general bookings, Swindon Dance is offering a limited number of free places specifically for young people who aren’t currently attending Swindon Dance classes. This initiative is designed to reach those who may not usually have access to dance opportunities, giving them the chance to explore creativity, build confidence, and experience the joy of movement in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Participants will have the opportunity to learn a variety of dance styles including jazz technique, contemporary, street dance, and much more, all led by experienced and inspiring teachers.
“We are really pleased to be able to offer this free opportunity to people who may benefit from it. It’s so important that young people from all backgrounds have the chance to express themselves and grow through dance.”
Swindon Dance is also proud to offer the first class free for all of its regular community classes, as part of its ongoing commitment to accessibility and inclusion.
The deadline to apply for a free place at the Youth Summer School is 18th July.
