Jam Festival ’25 Teachers Announced

The Jam Festival returns to Swindon Dance and we have some incredible guest teachers for you to learn from.

 

POPPING LED BY JIGGY JAYA

All the way from Sydney Australia, representing Stale Biskitz/Yellow Boogie Funk, Jiggy Jaya has been making noise globally as one of the freshest Poppers in the scene. As well as being a force to be reckoned with on the battle floor, he has a wealth of knowledge that’s ready to share.

CHOREO LED BY ANNA
Each year Anna’s classes get such great feedback and we are so pleased that she is joining us again. Representing the notorious Take1Dance, Anna has been killing it in both choreography and battle scenes. She packs versatility into her routines and her contagious energy makes everyone feel the party.

HIP HOP LED BY RUTH PRIM

All the way from Spain, Ruth is a dancer and choreographer based in Barcelona with Venezuelan roots and more than 20 years of professional experience. She specialises in freestyle and is the most prominent Spanish representative in international battles including Summer Dance Forever, Juste Debout, Redbull Dance Your Style and more. She has given workshops throughout Spain as well as Asia, Europe, Latin America and Africa. She was a teacher and judge on the television show “Fama A Bailar” and has participated in many advertising campaigns with artists including The Black Eyed Peas, Shakira and Black M.

MOVEMENT FLOW LED BY MOVEMENT DECODED

An original “Jam!” member and back to share the goodies, Movement Decoded has a versatility that comes from many years of training in dance, yoga, acrobatics and more! His experience spans educational settings and the battle floor. We are excited to see what he has to share this year.

FREESTYLE BASICS LED BY THE DUKE LDN

Representing UMA, The Duke has battled across generations both nationally and internationally. His work crosses over into choreography, directing and reviewing dance. This has brought him into a niche space of understanding how to analyse movement and more importantly, how to raise the level of other dancers across various styles. We’re excited to see how far he can elevate you at this year’s Jam festival.

POPPING LED BY LEWIS TIGRAN

Representing UMA, Lewis is a  regular on the battle floor. One of the busiest Popping teachers in the UK right now as well as judging and DJ’ing across multiple competitions and battles. His experience has moulded to form classes that are insightful, fun and we are excited to have him with us.

HOUSE LED BY CYNTHIA

Representing the world renowned Paradoxsal Crew, Cynthia is a Hip Hop and House dancer with a range of experience. Jumping between the stage, battles and cyphers, she is an expert in her field. Regularly touring, we are excited to have her with us for this year’s festival.

Welcoming back Cori D, founder of Roots and More, Cori’s teaching boasts inspiration, her passion is contagious and her knowledge is deep. And to top it off, she’s a beast on the battle floor and choreographically. We wanted her back just as much as you!

Hailing from the the motherland of Hip Hop: NYC and representing 2 Real Boyz. Koda Live first came to the UK in 2023 winning Litefest and setting the tone for his incredible talents. Now he’s back to share his craft and signature moves with you.
